Library staff offer gift suggestions

Having a hard time figuring out what to buy friends and loved ones this holiday season? In case you are not up on the current popular reads, library staff has prepared lists - one each for children, teens and adults - of titles suitable for gift-giving this season.

The adult list has a selection of the latest popular fiction, mysteries, cook books, history and travel while the children's list is handily subdivided into titles for family sharing, for the little ones and for independent readers. But the teen list could be the handiest of all if you are one of those people who doesn't have a clue as to what teens like (Does anyone really know what teens like?).

All three lists have brief annotations that help give you the information you need to make your friends and loved ones happy with your gifts.

When you shop at Amazon.com, for books or anything else, please start your shopping using this Wowbrary link. For each purchase you make through Wowbrary the library will receive a donation.

Also, please consider a gift for the library this season. See the library's Amazon wish lists for adults and children.
