Teens to get creative this month

Three free events for teens this June will kick-off eight-weeks of fun for teens entering sixth grade or higher this fall.

  • Creation Stations, a crafty free-for-all with some science mixed in for good measure. Spark your creative muse with beading, collage, painting, and experimenting with science.
  • Have fun while making a difference in someone’s life by helping to make no-sew blankets for local foster children. That’s right, no sewing required!
  • The Game of the Month Club will help participants stay sharp this summer --and it’s a great way to meet fellow gamers.
These free events and many more are part of the You are Here: But Books Take You Anywhere series presented at all Fauquier County public libraries starting June 11 and continuing through Aug. 6. Register now and don't miss any of the fun.
