Learn warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease

Fauquier County Public Library is hosting a free program that will discuss basic facts about Alzheimer’s disease, including the warning signs, what to do if you or a loved one is experiencing the warning signs, and factors that contribute to a healthy brain.

 

The program — presented by the Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services Board Area Agency on Aging (RRCSB/AAA) — will be held at:

• Warrenton Library - 2 p.m. Wed., Nov. 2;
• John Marshall Library - 6:30 p.m. Mon., Nov. 7
• Bealeton Library - 2 p.m. Sat., Nov. 12 

RRCSB/AAA is presenting the program in conjunction with Connections, its free program for those caring for family members with Alzheimer’s Disease in Fauquier, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Madison and Orange counties. The Connection program teaches caregiving families how to facilitate interesting meaningful activities for people with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
