Books are gifts that keep on giving

In November we are reminded to give thanks for the good things in our lives, and during the holiday season many of us begin to think about how we can give back to the people and organizations that mean so much to us.
Books donated to the library are truly gifts that can be opened again and again for years to come, and they are a wonderful way to give back to your community.

All Fauquier libraries will soon have holiday trees festively decorated with ornaments bearing titles the library would like to add to its collection. On each ornament are details on how you can donate the book to your library. Among the titles are selections for children, teens, and adults.

When you purchase a book for the library you will receive a letter of acknowledgement and a book plate bearing your name is placed in the donated book.

Donations may also be made in memory or in honor of a friend, family member, teacher, or any other significant person in your life. Honorees or their families will be notified of your donation and a book plate will be placed in the item purchased.

Please consider supporting your library this season. See more ways to donate to the library.
