What better way to banish the winter blues than a
relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session? Certified instructor Rita Evans will offer
a special introduction to basic yoga at all Fauquier County Public Library
locations in February.
Yoga is an ancient science that allows the mind and body
to work in harmony. The exercises and poses build strength, flexibility,
balance and concentration. Having studied yoga for more than 20 years, Mrs.
Evans believes that yoga enhances an individual’s physical, mental and
spiritual alignment. It’s also a popular activity for health, fitness and fun!Teen Advisory Group (TAG) members and students in 6th grade or higher are invited. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat or towel and come prepared for an enlightening experience.
