The Final Week: Spring Book Madness

We started with 32 books way back in mid-March. Pulling books from four categories - classics, mysteries, fiction and thrillers - Fauquier County Library patrons narrowed the pool down each week.

If you had asked me when we started what books would make it to the final week, I am not sure what my prediction would have been. There were so many great books - how could I choose just one or two? It has been fun to watch as the votes have been tallied and the titles narrowed down, week by week. There have been surprises along the way, as some of the "sure picks" have lost. I guess they weren't such "sure picks" after all!

So, without further ado, here are the two books that head into the final week of our Spring Book Madness.  It has come down to classic and a mystery.

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
vs
Notorious Nineteen by Janet Evanovich

Which book do you think will prevail as Fauquier County's favorite book? Every vote counts, so visit any Fauquier County Public Library to cast your vote. You can also vote online here

Final results will be announced April 23rd - watch our website and Facebook page to see which book prevails. You can also stop by any library location to check it out.
