The library's summer reading programs for children and teens concluded Aug. 14 and the number of books read by participants have been tallied.This year 1,720 participants representing every public and private school in the county collectively read 32,928 books, an average of 19 books per reader. The total exceeded the library's goal for books to be read by nearly 3,000 books. Congratulations
